What is Covered

This warranty covers manufacturing defects, hardware malfunctions, and product failures under normal use conditions.

What is Not Covered

• Damage caused by misuse or improper installation
• Accidental damage or physical impact
• Water or liquid damage
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs
• Normal wear and tear

Warranty Period

All products are covered for 12 months from the date of delivery.

How to Claim

To request a warranty claim, please contact our support team with your order number and a description of the issue. We may request photos or videos to assist with your claim.

Resolution

If your claim is approved, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation.
